COMMUNITY PROJECTS The Foundation is pleased to be a part of the advancement that enriches and enhances the quality lifestyles of all residents in our Philomath community. Here are some of the community projects we support.
	Environment: We encourage and support conservation through a keen stewardship of Philomath area natural resources through the placement and replacement of our natural resources that increase the beautification and resident livability on all levels of our community.
	Seniors: The Foundation provides encouraging prospects for senior citizens to have life-enhancing opportunities, through optimistic situations that assist them to keep honed on learned skills from childhood and to become active, socially productive residents of our community. We understand our seniors are living treasures and should be recognized as founts of knowledge to share as resources in our community
	Youth: The Foundation is well aware our youth are an investment in the future. We protect our future's investment; consequently, the Foundation funds opportunities to our community's youth in positive social, physical, and intellectual activities providing constructive environs for growth, and a competitive stance as they mature into citizens of our community.
	Families: The Foundation assists the enrichment of families through quality day care, parenting and vital school readiness programs that helps provide our community with family elements focusing on less stress, tension and positive socialization. We provide financial assistance to organizations like Philomath Services Foundation's Gleaners program providing help to less fortunate and homeless families.
	Learning: The Foundation advances life-long learning through all levels of community programs reaching out to enrich resident's lifestyles and livability.
	Education: The Foundation supports student projects and programs that reach out and increase the improvement and livability of the Philomath community through one-on-one student mentoring and service organizations. These projects may meet specific or broad based general needs of the community.
	Arts and Culture: We advocate the promotion of cultural programs and artistic excellence in the area of arts and crafts, including the performing arts, the visual arts and the science arts. We promote the process of involvement of cultural arts at all stages from our youth to our senior residents. The Foundation considers culture a part of our founding heritage.
	Holiday Cheer: The Foundation contributes funds and facilities to the Holiday Cheer program. A holiday program that includes efforts of Philomath Services and Rotary community Service organizations that assists families in difficult times during the Holiday Season. They are assisted by volunteers from the high schools and Philomath businesses and professionals. Holiday gifts for families are part of the Philomath Holiday Cheer Program. All gifts are wrapped to portray holiday sentiments. Gifts are festivly wrapped for parents and Children. The Foundation is proud to be part of wonderful this program
PHOTO	Economic & Community Development: The Foundation supports the aspirations of housing, business, and neighborhood maintenance development that enriches our community, by maintaining homes and neighborhoods. We understand the business of our community is business and people. We support the economic growth and development of existing and new businesses in our community. We support housing developments that create an affordable positive community environment and livability for all residents.
